Exchange, Returns and Refunds Policy
Our returns/refunds and replacement policy lasts 30 days once you have received your order. We ask that you inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately at email@example.com if it is not to your satisfaction.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not process a refund or return.
All communication for returns, refunds and exchanges happen through email only. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your initial email.
If the item you ordered is defective or damaged (we hope this never happens, but it could be possible), please notify us immediately upon realization. Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description and photos of the damage. We would LOVE to send you a replacement item at no additional cost, either of what you originally ordered or one of equal value of your choosing.
To be eligible for a no-questions-asked return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. See below for return shipping details. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it is the condition we asked for, your refund will be processed. We reserve the right to approve or deny a refund based on the condition of the returned item. We will not process refunds for items out of the original packing. Refunds are automatically applied to the same card the order was paid for. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
